Li Ouyang came to USA on a student visa in 2008. She worked illegally from
July 2014 to Oct 2014 in a Chinese restaurant. Her student visa was
cancelled when convicted criminal trespassing in 2014 (case No. 15CA0035)
where she ignored numerous reminders and warnings from staff, faculty,
police of Ohio university, together with a formal notice from the dean. She
was assigned free counsels paid by tax payers.
Since 2016, Ouyang started to spread out rumors in different media (Facebook
, and many Chinese language medias) that she was not treating fairly by US
legal system by disclosing selective data. Ouyang is abusing US legal system
, and wasting tax-payers money. In name of justice, we ask USCIS take an
action to deport her back to China

Why would you need 500k for legal fees? Who the fff sign affidavit to move in with their boyfriend? Abuse? U didn't have money to buy food! How is that abuse? You're not a child, he has no obligation to take care of you, boyfriend or husband. You're an adult, act like it. If you don't have money to buy food and no place to live In America we call that homeless! If you can't pay your tuition fees, maybe you shouldn't be here studying in the first place. You're not a ohio state student so they ask you to leave, multiple occasion, which you blatantly disregard. You got arrest so what, pay your fines and deal with the consequences, stop bitching. You got booted from you doctoral program so what who cares, grow up so whining. Your student visa is revoked, then go back to wherever you came from and find a job make some more money, come back and reapply. Thats the American dream, not that bs you complaint about.

But you still live free in your bf's house for 1 year,even after your bf end up relationship with you. and you sue your bf for domestic violence and show your starving pic and ask $200K but court give you $25K instead. Below is the post (authored by Saddie Tai) that was on facebook but was deleted by Ms. Ouyang. Please stop to make a case that you are working hard woman with honesty, integrity and faithfulness punished as a crime so you need to raise funding to fight the justice.THERE IS NOT SUCH A CASE. 1.You need to be responsible for being dismissing from your doctoral program for personaal relationship and miscommunication with your school. 2. You receive formal notification from OU stated effectively immediately that you were not authorized to use ARC. The notification also stated clearly the potential result you may face if you did not take it. It was your personal decision to ignore and challenge the formail notification so now you have to manage the result. 3. Nothing wrong with US justice system and people here. You have been given many opportunities to make your American Dream go through with the channel protected by U.S. justice system. Instead, you igore and abuse those opportunities. 4. If there is any justice system you want to fight, it should be in China. 5. Being the citizen of China, instead of U.S., please stop further abuse the resources you are using to fight for your personal benefits paid by US taxpayers, not you. if you really believe you have position and case here, leave my response here. As outsiders of this story (we know neither Yunpeng Wu, nor Li Ouyang, we had no relationship with anyone in OU), we at first felt sympathetic for Ms. Ouyang's situation, and thought of offering her help. However, after reading all available court filed documents, and also had direct conversation with Ms. Ouyang, we changed our mind based on the followings: 1) Ms. Ouyang had actually received a few reminders, warnings from different staff, faculty, police of Ohio university (OU) that she needs to leave the building but she failed to respect OU property over which she did not have privilege. That is, she did not respect laws in USA. No matter whatever arguments she insisted, the permissions she got from two faculty pre-dated the last notice sent by dean of engineering . She obviously ignored all reminders and did not respect others; We did not see any injustice in this case; 2) When being offered a dismissal for the criminal charges upon accepting the conditions of leaving the city, the place being charged for criminal trespassing, Ms. Ouyang obviously gave up this friendly chance; 3) Ms. Ouyang waived her rights to FREE counsel offered by public defender, but chose to represent herself (pro se) at trial; She was able to present herself at trial, and already waived rights to attorneys, then why asked for donations for private attorneys now? 4)Ms. Ouyang broke the laws in US, and continued to waste tax payers' money for unnecessary legal proceedings, appeals, etc, 5) Ms. Ouyang tried to avoid our questions and became irritated when we disagreed with her speculated conclusions. She trusted nobody but only herself, she refused to different opinions, she was not able to understand a simple question (or simply wanted to avoid questions she dislikes - we wanted to offer help but was treated by ending up with hanging up phones. ..
